Our Mission

Marianna Housing Authority is committed to provide decent safe and sanitary rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Marianna Housing Authority owns and operates 80 units of public housing, units ranging in size from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom units. We also have 117 units on the Section 8 Voucher Program.

Holiday Hours

In observation of Christmas and New Years, the office will be closed December 24 thru January 2. We will reopen on Monday January 6th at 800 A.M.

The MHA waiting list for Public Housing is now OPEN, however, effective January 1, 2025 the 1 bedroom waitlist will be closed until further notice.
